It’s Huey’s birthday! And tomorrow we are settting off on a crazy big roadtrip (1657kms, 20 hours of driving) to go to a family wedding and spend 5 weeks with bean’s wonderful grandmother. So this is short.
Um. In the heat of the last minute moment I have forgotten what I intended to blog about. Butterflies! Huey loves butterflies, and we took him to the zoo today to look at them. He calls them ‘ta ta tai’. And walking! With the help of pcat he took his first real steps at a very cool local pub. Go Huey!
Um. Maybe we’ll blog more from tropical climes, maybe not. We hope you all have a lovely festive season if we don’t get to a computer between now and then.

Wow. Good luck! I think road trip is a good plan. Planes are scary places with toddlers.
I love Huey’s expression when everyone’s “Yaying” for him - as if he’s not sure what he just did that was so great.
